Meghan is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance with over eight years of experience as a yoga instructor. Meghan guides clients, offering movement as a path back to the body - especially for those healing, recovering, or simply beginning again. Her heart lives in holding space: for strength, for softness, and for the quiet transformation that mindful movement can bring. She is passionate about making movement accessible to all bodies, and creating a welcoming space for every person’s unique journey. Meghan is continuously studying anatomy and the intricacies of the body, deepening her understanding to better support and empower others through thoughtful, informed movement.
